How do I purchase a puppy I found on your site?
1. Before you purchase we ask that you send us an email with personal information such as name, address and phone number. Before we place a puppy we would like to know more information about your living situation, working hours, if someone is home during the day with the puppy or if you will have daycare for puppy. We do not place puppies in homes where no one is home during the day or where there is no daycare. We would also like to know if you have a yard for the puppy and the level of interaction with the puppy through exercize etc. We would like to know if you have previous experience with animals.
2. Once you have located a puppy that you like on our website, use our online store to purchase the puppy through PayPal by clicking on the puppy and adding it to the cart OR click on the deposit button at the webstore here on our website and indicate which puppy you want via email. The $100 will hold the puppy of your choice for 2 weeks. The deposit is not refundable since it is not fair to delay the puppy's placement in a home.
After the deposit has been received we set up a contract for you and your new puppy. You may use PayPal for the final balance or you may send us a check. PayPal charges 3.5% of the total amount so please be aware of that.
After you have place your deposit you can pick up the puppy at the ranch OR you may have it shipped. Shipping can be arranged to a major city weather permitting. Shipping of the younger puppies is $600 and includes the crate, vet check, vaccinations, health certificate for flying and transportation to the airport on our end. We try to make the process as simple as possible for you! Welcome to visit the ranch as well for pick up! At the time of visit we ask that you show a picture id for security reasons.
